PCS provides Specialized Adult Residential Services in Ventura County and Los Angeles County. The homes are designed to serve individuals from Developmental Centers that might otherwise not have a chance to move into a community setting.

The homes offer a medical and behavioral component that helps to meet the needs of the people we support. Each home has a four-bedroom layout and each person has their own room.

The homes operate under the philosophy that each individual has the right to choose how their day is spent, who their staff is, and what community participation they are interested in. 

PCS utilizes several consultants including Registered Dieticians, Behavior Specialists, Visiting Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Vocational Nurses. 

The PCS approach is to facilitate as much independence as possible for residents using a Person-Centered format. Adaptations and accommodations will be made to facilitate learning and comfort.
